but most people aren't grounded in them.

they perform an identity that collapses when tested.


that's because their mask has no armor. and the armor... is your essence.

staying true to yourself

doesn't mean clinging to one fixed version of you.

it means anchoring into your soul trequency,

the part of you that doesn't flinch, doesn't perform, doesn't seek approval.


i'm still mastering this.

still learning to lead from essence, not ego.

but i've seen what happens when i forget who i am,

and what's possible when i don't.


when you're grounded in essence, you can move like the lover, the warrior, the writer, the king.

and never lose yourself in any of them.
